The movie is about an elite squadron of Air Force pilots who are called to sneak into the Middle East on a covert military mission. The cast and crew have spent today filming scenes in two airport hangars. Earlier filming was done in Fallon and Fernley as well as St. Petersburg, Russia.
The film's cast includes Bill Pullman (“Independence Day”), Rachael Leigh Cook (“She’s All That”) and J.C. Chasez (‘NSYNC). Hundreds of Northern Nevada residents have been hired as actors and extras as well as in casting and production roles. The film is set for release in 2010.
