History
ForeverNsyncfans was born as an effort to keep the fans excited about Nsync's return after the supposed, as most of us heard "eight month" vacation from the group. In the meanwhile Justin took to recording his own album, JC shortly after doing the same, Lance attempted a launch into space, Joey did some theatre, and Chris well... At any rate it began as a way to ensure ourselves that in some way there was a community of fans that really believed there wouldn't be a decline in their "group" popularity when they reunited, they didn't however reunite.
It's been a handful of years, and in that time CFTC (Challenge for the Children)stopped being held, Justin has seemed to distance himsef from Nsync even further with yet another album, Lance has come out of the closet(finally the world can relax at last a boy band member has exited the closet, now can us fans get a break?), JC has struggled with his second album getting out there, Joey is everywhere at once it seems, and Chris came out too, of hiding that is...not the closet, or so I hope...does me being married affect my chances?
On a good note the guys over all seem to be well and for what most of us can probably see happy. That's what really matters most egh? Truth is there's a drift upon the waves of this ocean and apart it has sent the members in different directions. Does that mean we have given up on them ever reuniting? No crazier shit has happened look at NKOTB, that I never imagined, or the Spice girls? So no it's not out of our minds, just out of our near future forcast.
Yes we began in a childlike approach to holding on to our precious prepubescent thinking (I'm actually not far from 30, scary enough for you?) 'Nsync would never end' and it is evolving to a more mature face the facts approach. Nsync is not together, they may or may not ever get back together, but all in all they're five intriguing men who we have come to appreciate in what ever rational or twisted ways we have. We should cling to them if we need to and let them go if we don't. It's time to be grown ups and realize people come in different varieties, and for us their celebrity to our fan is like oreos to milk, you simply can't have one without the other. In short we began like many other efforts and organizations based on a dream. The original concept came from a girl that Nsync helped to cope with a very difficult time in her life. For her she wanted a way to thank them and repay them. For me I just wanted to help and now that I see there is a need to be filled I can't bring myself to walk away. For the other's who are incorperated in the "we", "us", and "our" of this history, they just think they're great guys with many talents that keep them wanting more no matter where the guys end up when it's said and done. Nsync is in it's own a phenomenon, we believe the fans are a part of that. Enough said.
